Activation is fully automated. When you purchase premium on Whop, our webhook registers your email address immediately. Simply sign in to SpotMate using the same email address as your Whop purchase, and your premium dashboard will be unlocked instantly.

You can renew or extend your premium status at any time by selecting a plan on our checkout portal. If your account is already premium, extending your membership adds the new subscription period to your active period automatically, without interrupting your access.

SpotMate supports Spotify Track, Album, and Playlist URLs. Simply copy the link from Spotify, paste it into the converter on your dashboard, preview the tracklist, and start downloading.

Conversions can occasionally fail if the Spotify link is set to private or is geo-restricted. Please verify that your Spotify playlist/album is set to public. If you still encounter issues, try clearing your browser cache or contact our support inbox.
